Maeliss, Sarah, Iman et Kessie sont les collaboratrices Lockhall qui se sont occupés de mon dossier ; leur connexion et leur professionnalisme apportent un confort car, quelque soit la question, leur professionnalisme détail de notre dossier, elles sont toutes au courant et on gagne un temps précieux. Sur le stockage, j’apprécie que le concept a été réfléchi et répond aux attentes des utilisateurs. Comme dans beaucoup de secteurs, on a souvent oublié les besoins des clients, et là on voit que le client a été observé… Et c’est ça qui fait la différence, le détail de la disponibilité des chariots, le système de l’Application : Fini les cadenas et les clés perdues ! L’autonomie maîtrisée est le succès du service. Encore une fois, je remercie l’équipe qui est une vraie valeur ajoutée. Je peux vous dire que le Bouche à Oreilles est la meilleure Pub. How do I access my storage unit?

Access to your Lockall box is directly via our mobile application thanks to your personal account.
No need to chains, therefore no risk of lost or forgotten key.

Our systems guarantee access simple, secure and fast, only for you and the people you authorize.

Is it easy to park in front of the center to unload?

Yes, Each Lockall center has a designated area for the parking and a unloading area. This allows you to unload your belongings easily and safely near your storage unit.

Do you rent out equipment (boxes, trolleys, etc.)?

The equipment is not available for rent.

THE cartons and other packaging supplies are available at the purchase in the Lockall shop.
THE chariots are made available to customers free of charge to facilitate the transport of their belongings. Thank you for do not leave them in storage areas and of the put back in their place after use.

Where can I buy boxes for storage or moving?

You have several options for buying boxes: specialty stores, supermarkets, or online retailers. At Lockall, we also offer the possibility of buying your boxes directly from our centers. You'll find a variety of box types available, tailored to your needs in terms of size and reinforcement. Before making your choice, we encourage you to compare costs and quality to find the boxes that best suit your storage and moving needs.

Is it easy to access one's storage unit?

Yes. Access 7 days a week, via a mobile application.

Can I access my storage unit at night or early in the morning?

Access to your box is available 7 days a week, from 6am to 11pm in all our centers.
The only exception: the center of Paris 8accessible from 7am to 9pm.

Therefore, it is not possible to access your box. during the night (outside of these hours).

Can I buy boxes and packing materials from Lockall?
