How can I rent a workspace?

The workspaces at the Maison des Artisans are only accessible to professionals. To rent a workspace, you must present our sales team with your professional liability insurance and a KBIS extract.

Is it possible to access the workspace outside opening hours?

You can access the workspaces every day between 6 am and 10.30 pm. Extendable hours on request, with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.

How long does it take to book an office, a meeting room or a coworking space?

You can reserve a workspace at any time during the opening hours of the commercial reception, subject to availability.

How soon can I start working in my new office?

You can start working in your new space as soon as your reservation has been validated by our team.

What is the capacity of the meeting rooms?

Our meeting rooms measure up to 30 m2 and can accommodate up to 20 people.

Do I have to pay a deposit to rent a workspace?

No.

Is it possible to rent an office or a meeting room for 1 hour?

No. You can rent a meeting room for the day and an office or a workshop for the month.

Are there any catering options on-site?

No. However, we have a fully equipped kitchen with microwaves, coffee machines, and dining tables.

Are the workspaces equipped with the Internet?

Yes, the entire centre is equipped with high-speed WiFi, which is available free of charge to our customers.

Is there parking on site?

You can park safely in our private parking, which is free for our customers, during opening hours. The parking spaces in front of the sliding doors are only reserved for loading/unloading the storage box.

What is the guest policy for meeting room bookings?

External visitors are allowed under the responsibility of the client, must always be accompanied by the contract holder and register at the reception.

How does renting an office in the coworking space work?

Renting a shared workspace at Lockall is very simple. You pay a monthly subscription fee, and then you pay for each day you use a shared space.

You can book your storage unit directly online on our website.

What documents are required to validate my reservation?

Once you have booked your storage unit, go to the agency to present your ID and proof of address before you can start storing your belongings in your storage unit.

When and how do I access my Lockall storage unit?

Using your digital key on your smartphone, you can access our centres and your storage unit whenever you need it. You have access to your Lockall storage unit 7 days a week within the opening hours of your centre.
To make your access simple and secure, parking spaces are available at our centres (covered parking depending on availability at each site).

Lockall Haussmann Saint-Honoré: reception from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. Access to the boxes: every day between 7 am and 9 pm.
Lockall Lognes: reception from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. Access to the lockers: every day between 6 am and 11pm.

What are the different box sizes offered by Lockall?

Lockall offers a wide range of storage units from 0.5 to 150m2, available according to each site.

Our 1 to 30 m2 storage units, located in the centre of Paris Haussmann Saint-Honoré, are 2.70 m high. The 0.5 m2 storage units measure 1 m on the ground and 1 m high.

In Lognes, our storage units from 1 to 150 m2 are 2.70 m high on the ground floor and 2.50 m high on the first floor.
Special storage units are units larger than 30 m2 and/or units that can be accessed with a vehicle, outside.

Our boxes are divided into 5 categories:

  • Box S: from 0.5 to 2 m2
  • Box M: from 3 to 6.5 m2
  • Box L: 8 to 15 m2
  • Box XL: 17.5 to 30 m2
  • Special boxes: 15 to 150 m2

What are the different types of storage units offered by Lockall?

Lockall offers you a wide variety of storage spaces. You can choose between our lockers and storage units.
The 0.5m2 lockers are the ideal size for storing small items in a few boxes, or suitcases, and the storage units measure between 1 and 150 m2 (sizes available depending on each site).

Special storage units are units larger than 30 m2 and/or units that can be accessed with a vehicle, outside.

You can also choose the location of your storage unit from the economy, standard and premium categories.
Are you in a hurry? Do you need regular access to your storage unit? Make your life easier and choose a premium box. These boxes are located right next to the lifts.

How do I choose the size of my box?

First of all, you need to make a quick list of your belongings to be stored (furniture, household appliances, large items that cannot be dismantled or packed in boxes, etc.) and estimate the number of boxes to be stored in your future box. The size of the storage unit to be rented will depend on this number, but to optimise the space of your storage area we advise you to stack your boxes and store your furniture vertically.

The size of your home can help you decide how much space you need to rent. It depends on your layout, but in general, there is a ratio of 1 to 10 between the size of your apartment/office and the size of the box you need. For example, the contents of a 50 m2 flat can be stored in a 5 m2 box.

  • Small items and boxes: 0.5 m2 to 1.5 m2
  • 2-room and studio flats: 2 m2 to 4 m2
  • 3-room flat: 5 m2 to 6.5 m2
  • 4-room flat: 8 m2 to 12.5 m2
  • 5-room flat and more: over 15 m2

Is there a minimum / maximum rental period?

Your storage unit rental can last from a few weeks to several months or even years. There is no maximum duration for your needs. Lockall’s storage unit rental contracts are flexible, with a minimum of one month, non-binding and can be adapted to your different needs. Your monthly subscription is renewed every month until you no longer need it and decide to terminate the contract.

My needs have evolved/changed. Is it possible to change my box?

As our contracts are monthly, flexible and non-binding, you have the possibility to subscribe to a smaller or larger box, transfer your belongings, and cancel your old box, according to your changing needs.

How do I insure my stuff stored at Lockall?

When you book a storage unit you must take out compulsory insurance to cover your stored belongings.
Lockall offers a range of tailor-made insurance solutions to choose from depending on the value of your stored goods. The insurance level you choose will appear on your monthly invoices, and will automatically be cancelled with your storage unit once you decide to end your contract.

How much does Lockall’s insurance cost?

The price of insurance varies depending on the insured value of the goods you wish to store in your box and the size of the box you choose. How do I get insurance from Lockall?

The procedures are simplified, you choose your insurance directly during the reservation of your storage unit online or in the agency, it is very simple!

How much does it cost to rent a Lockall storage unit?

The price of your box will depend on the size of the box you choose, its location on our site (economy, standard and premium), your chosen insurance level, and the duration of the rental. At Lockall, you are bound to find a storage unit that fits your budget and your needs.

What is included in the rental price of a Lockall storage unit?

Do I have to pay a deposit when I book?

We do not ask you for a deposit when you reserve your storage unit. No hidden costs, no security deposit, no file fees, and no unpleasant surprises.

What payment methods are accepted?

Lockall accepts payment by debit and credit cards (Mastercard and Visa), and by bank transfer for businesses.

Can I change or cancel the reservation of Lockall’s storage space?

If you wish to change or cancel your booking, please contact our staff who will be happy to assist you.
Business customers can cancel their reservation free of charge within 24 hours.
Private customers have up to 14 days after the start date of the contract to cancel their booking free of charge, once the box has not been used.

How do I terminate my storage space rental contract and return my storage unit after the end of my contract?

Contact our team to notify your wish to cancel your contract up to 48 hours before its expiry date. You must empty and clean your box before leaving. And your account must be paid in full. If not, your cancellation request will not be taken into account and your contract will continue.
An inventory of fixtures will be made to validate your termination.

What happens if my box is not empty and clean on the scheduled departure date?

If your storage unit is not free and clean on the termination date, your contract will automatically be renewed.

Can I buy boxes and packing materials from Lockall?

You will find a wide selection of quality moving boxes and packing materials to protect your belongings in the best conditions in our online shop and on-site.

How does Lockall ensure the security of my storage unit?

The security of your property is our priority.
Our facility is equipped with 24/7 video surveillance and an alarm system
Access to the Lockall centre and your storage unit is via an ultra-secure, encrypted digital key that is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2013, a technology adopted by banks.

Can I give access to my box to a third party?

Absolutely! You can manage and share access to your box with your friends and family, for a limited time or indefinitely, very easily. Just contact our team and tell them the details of the person you want to give access to your box, and an access email will be sent to them.

What are you allowed or not allowed to store in your box?

What is not allowed to be stored in your storage unit:

  • Objects that are flammable and present a fire or explosion hazard (fireworks, matches, aerosols, lighters, etc.)
  • Firearms and their ammunition
  • Perishable products (subject to rotting)
  • Living or dead animals
  • Illegal products and substances (drugs, stolen and smuggled items, counterfeits, etc.)
  • Contaminating and malodorous products
  • Explosive, flammable, oxidising, toxic, harmful and environmentally hazardous substances (compressed or liquefied gases, oils, acetone, methylated spirits, varnishes, pesticides, heavy metals, hydrogen, chlorates, fuming nitric acid, stain removers, etc.).

Are the workshops & FabLabs equipped?

The workshops are not equipped/furnished. You can set up your workshop as you wish. Please note that it is forbidden to drill holes in floors and walls, to modify the electrical installation, and to continuously connect equipment such as fridges, heaters, etc. Everything must be returned to its original state when you leave.
The fablabs are equipped with workbenches and a toolbox.

My activity is noisy. Are the workspaces equipped with sound insulation?

Very noisy activities are not allowed at Lockall (please ask our team for more details).

How many people can use a workshop or fablab at the same time?

The fablabs can be used by up to 8 people.
For private workshops, please ask at the reception desk.

How does the reception of goods work at Lockall?

We can take care of receiving your packages. You have 48 hours to collect them. After this time, an invoice will be set up.
Our team can ensure the reception but not the unpacking and storage of your goods.

What are the advantages of using our service to receive your goods?

Facilitate your logistics by having your goods delivered directly to Lockall* (dedicated reception box – monitored by cameras, etc.)

Is the service suitable for all products?

Please refer to the list of prohibited products to be stored at Lockall.

Can someone collect my orders for me?
