No, insurance is not included in the unit price. However, she is taken out at the same time as your contract and appears directly on the same invoice as your unit rental. Its amount depends on the value of the stored items and not on the size of the unit: a 1 m² unit can hold valuable items, sometimes more valuable than in a larger unit.

L’insurance offered is AXA insurance, mandatory and directly linked to your Lockall contract. No external insurance solution is accepted.

In the event of a claim, you must report the incident to our Lockall teams.
We support you in building your case file and guide you through the necessary steps with theAXA insurer, depending on your contract and the coverage you have taken out.

All our carriers are professionals insured for the transport of goods. You must take out insurance when you confirm the rental of your storage unit with transport.

Lockall offers you a wide range of storage boxes from 0.5 to 50 m², available depending on each site.

  • Our box from 1 to 30 m² measure between 2.50 and 2.70 m high.
  • THE lockers of 0.5 m² measure 1 m on the ground And 1 m high.
  • THE special boxes are spaces of more than 30 m² and/or boxes accessible with a vehicle, outdoors.

Our boxes are divided into 5 categories :

  • Box S : of 0.5 to 2 m²
  • Box M : of 3 to 6.5 m²
  • Box L : of 8 to 15 m²
  • Box XL : of 17.5 to 30 m²
