Yes, Each Lockall center has a designated area for the parking and a unloading area. This allows you to unload your belongings easily and safely near your storage unit.

No, insurance is not included in the unit price. However, she is taken out at the same time as your contract and appears directly on the same invoice as your unit rental. Its amount depends on the value of the stored items and not on the size of the unit: a 1 m² unit can hold valuable items, sometimes more valuable than in a larger unit.

L’insurance offered is AXA insurance, mandatory and directly linked to your Lockall contract. No external insurance solution is accepted.

The equipment is not available for rent.

  • THE cartons and other packaging supplies are available at the purchase in the Lockall shop.
  • THE chariots are made available to customers free of charge to facilitate the transport of their belongings. Thank you for do not leave them in storage areas and of the put back in their place after use.
