How do I cancel my storage rental contract and return my unit at the end of my contract?

Contact our team to notify us of your intention to cancel your contract up to 14 days before its expiry date. You must empty and clean your storage unit before leaving. Your account must also be paid in full. Otherwise, your cancellation request will not be processed and your contract will continue.
A move-out inspection will be carried out to validate your cancellation.

How do I store boxes in a storage unit?

To optimize the use of your storage space, organize your boxes methodically by arranging them to maximize available space. Don't forget the vertical space by stacking your boxes with the heaviest at the bottom.
