THE special boxes are spaces of more than 30 m² and/or boxes accessible outdoors with a vehicle.

No, it is up to you to prepare and package your goods for transport. The movers are responsible for collecting all the belongings already ready to be transported.

Although Lockall offers enhanced security for your storage, it is mandatory to take out insurance for your stored belongings.

The price of insurance varies depending on the insured value of the items you wish to store in your box and on the size of the unit selected.

No, insurance is not included in the unit price. However, she is taken out at the same time as your contract and appears directly on the same invoice as your unit rental. Its amount depends on the value of the stored items and not on the size of the unit: a 1 m² unit can hold valuable items, sometimes more valuable than in a larger unit.

L’insurance offered is AXA insurance, mandatory and directly linked to your Lockall contract. No external insurance solution is accepted.

In the event of a claim, you must report the incident to our Lockall teams.
We support you in building your case file and guide you through the necessary steps with theAXA insurer, depending on your contract and the coverage you have taken out.

Fablabs can be used by up to 8 people.

For any modification or cancellation of your reservation, you must contact our teams who will be happy to help you.
You have until 14 days after the contract start date to cancel their reservation free of charge, as soon as the box has not been used.

Yes, you can cancel your contract at any time. All you need to do is respect the notice period indicated in your contract and ofinform our teams to plan your departure with ease.

For safety reasons, certain categories of items and products are not allowed in your center and your storage unit.
