THE special boxes are spaces of more than 30 m² and/or boxes accessible outdoors with a vehicle.

Once your box is reserved, go to the agency to present your ID and proof of address before you can start storing your goods in your storage box.

No, it is up to you to prepare and package your goods for transport. The movers are responsible for collecting all the belongings already ready to be transported.

Although Lockall offers enhanced security for your storage, it is mandatory to take out insurance for your stored belongings.

The price of insurance varies depending on the insured value of the items you wish to store in your box and on the size of the unit selected.

No, insurance is not included in the unit price. However, she is taken out at the same time as your contract and appears directly on the same invoice as your unit rental. Its amount depends on the value of the stored items and not on the size of the unit: a 1 m² unit can hold valuable items, sometimes more valuable than in a larger unit.

L’insurance offered is AXA insurance, mandatory and directly linked to your Lockall contract. No external insurance solution is accepted.

In the event of a claim, you must report the incident to our Lockall teams.
We support you in building your case file and guide you through the necessary steps with theAXA insurer, depending on your contract and the coverage you have taken out.

Fablabs can be used by up to 8 people.

Lockall offers you a wide range of storage boxes from 0.5 to 50 m², available depending on each site.

  • Our box from 1 to 30 m² measure between 2.50 and 2.70 m high.
  • THE lockers of 0.5 m² measure 1 m on the ground And 1 m high.

Our boxes are divided into 5 categories :

The Maison des Artisans workspaces are accessible only to professionals. To book a workspace you must present to our sales team your professional civil liability (RC Pro) insurance and a KBIS extract.

The workshops are not equipped/fitted out. You can fit out your workshop as you wish. Note: it is forbidden to drill into floors and walls, modify the electrical installation, or continuously plug in equipment such as fridges, heaters, etc. Everything must be returned to its original state on departure.
